Using Automated Software for Improved Results in GC-Triple Quadrupole Pesticide Analysis

New challenges that arise when using GC-triple quadrupole technology for complex analysis, such as pesticides in food, include the determination of the selected reaction monitoring (SRM) transitions that make up a typical MS/MS method and the maintenance of the acquisition windows when a large number of compounds are being monitored.
