Just when you thought you knew everything about the move to the new refrigerant, HFO1234yf! Late last year, Daimler came out with a press release saying that new findings led to concerns about the overall safety of the new gas and it appears that other German auto makers are supporting Daimler in their refusal to use it in their automobiles. Their actions, and ultimate decisions, could impact our shops in a not-so-nice way. More
