Synergy RX Pharmacy of San Diego has issued a voluntary recall of certain retail-level non-sterile products due to a lack of quality assurance.
Recalled products were distributed between the dates of 8/17/2016 and 12/22/2016 and include the following:
  • Nonsterile dermatology creams, all strengths - retinoic acid creams, hydroquinine creams, bleaching creams
  • Numbing creams
  • Acne creams
  • Hair growth serums containing minoxidil
  • Betamethasone creams
  • Chemical peels – salicylic acid peels, trichoracetic acid peels, glycolic acid peels, Jessners Peels, custom peel solutions
