LC–MS Analysis of Limonin in Citrus Juices
Limonin was separated from other components in citrus juice sample matrices by reversed-phase chromatography with ultraviolet (UV) detection. A liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS) method was able to detect limonin in the freshly squeezed juice at a level of approximately 12 ppb, enabling food analysts to work more effectively.
